Client Policies and Practice Information

At Luxe Culture Medical Spa + Collective, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and elevated aesthetic experience for every client. The following policies are designed to protect our clients, our providers, and the integrity of our medical practice.

By scheduling an appointment or purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment to reserve future appointments.

We understand emergencies occur and will always do our best to accommodate legitimate circumstances at our discretion.


Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full treatment experience.

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service modified to avoid impacting other scheduled patients.

Late arrivals may still be subject to cancellation fees.


Deposits & Prepayments

All bookings will require a card to be put on file and will not be charged at that time. in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, this card may be charged according to our policy.


Prepaid services, packages, and promotions

Packages, memberships, promotional services, and prepaid treatments represent the reservation of provider time, clinical resources, and promotional pricing.

All prepaid services are non-refundable.

This includes services purchased during promotions, flash sales, special events, or discounted pricing offers.

Unused services do not expire unless otherwise stated but are non-transferable without management approval.

Luxe Culture medical spa may offer third-party financing options to assist with treatment affordability.

Financing agreements are contracts between the client and the financing provider. Luxe Culture Medical Spa does not control financing approvals, payment schedules, interest rates, or repayment terms.

Clients remain responsible for repayment of financed amounts according to their lender agreement regardless of treatment usage.

Financed purchases are considered prepaid medical services and are subject to the same non-refund policy as all other prepaid services.


Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Relocation
• Personal circumstances
• Hesitation or fear regarding treatment
• Unused sessions
• Dissatisfaction with anticipated results

In rare cases, Luxe Culture Medical Spa may choose, at its sole discretion, to convert unused services to practice credit or alternative treatments of equal value. This is not guaranteed and is determined case-by-case.


All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and provider approval.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is determined to be medically inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of appropriate care.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history information.


Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science, and individual results vary.

No guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes. Multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve desired results and are not included unless explicitly stated.

Luxe Culture Medical Spa with all HIPAA privacy regulations. Client information and medical records are kept confidential and securely stored.


Refunds are only considered if a treatment is determined to be medically contraindicated and cannot be safely performed.

Any approved refund is issued at the sole discretion of Luxe Culture Medical Spa.

Financing fees or lender charges are not controlled by Luxe Culture Medical Spa and may still apply.
